Esqueda Farms Wants to Fight Food Deserts and Provide People with Freshly Grown Microgreens.
We at Esqueda Farms are making long strides in the fight against food deserts and food insecurity by providing people with an easy and cheap way to get fresh produce delivered straight to them. I’ve worked in the Agribusiness sector my whole life and have seen a massive waste of food while others simply don’t have access to it. Our model helps us prevent waste while at the same time help people who don’t have access to clean food get fresh produce delivered to them. We are starting small with food deserts which is a massive hurdle in itself, but we eventually want to help people in Third-world countries in the battle against food insecurity.
